The term “Black Box” means that you must
not know what is ‘cooked inside the box’. Most of the trading
firms and system developers keep the formulas and principals of their
systems secret. However, we decided to disclose and
completely describe the some of the our systems to you. The course
Navigators' Trading Systems includes full descriptions of The Snake Analysis System and DM System
presented below as a “Black Boxes”.
The Navigators' Trading Systems course on CD
also includes several automatic
completely mechanical trading systems. We call these systems “Black
Boxes”, because the system takes as an input market data
(Open/High/Low/Close of the last day), makes mathematical calculations
and outputs the exact prices-predictions where to buy, where to sell
and where to place the protective stops for the next trading day. Some
of the systems have a Money Management calculator built into the system
that gives the user probability of the predicted trade, risk capital
recommendation (based on your trading equity) and money management
adjustment stops.
Navigators'
"Black Box" Systems
NAVIGATOR Generates buy
and sell signals daily; these signals are based on the balance of
buying power and selling pressure within the markets. A must have for
day-to-day traders. Recommendation note: all positions must be
offset by the close of each trading day. The system performs best in
very liquid and volatile markets.

DM SYSTEM The system is based on Tomas DeMark’s
trendline breakout model. Before you apply the DM system to any market calculate
the average daily and weekly volatility. Place a protective stop order before
you enter the market. Always stay with a trend as long as possible to let the
system make as much money as it can during the trending market. Stop using this
system close and close all your positions and look for other trading vehicles
when the texture of the market turns to a channeling market.

SNAKE ANALYSIS Follows
the markets generating signals
to join the ongoing trend. The Snake Analysis (SA) system uses moving
averages as a trend following tool, but the average adjustment is
timing. The timing moving averages are conceptually similar to
exponential moving averages, with the difference that the adjustment
is based on a time period scale instead of exponent of volatility.

STRUCTURE EQUATION This
system bases its signals on pattern recognition. The data dynamically
analyzed for structure comparisons. Based on past history the system
outputs the likely trading range of the next day by matching the
structure with the historical outcomes of the trading instrument past
performance. This system is accurate in the long run, but if no
pattern is matched, then no trading recommendation would be given. In
other words: Do not trade on that particular day.

KA-CHING SYSTEM This
system bases its daily signals on the relationship between the daily
range, volatility and the momentum of trend. Ka-Ching uses a filter of
8 indicators to make its forecast. It's best used for day-to-day
trading in a liquid, volatile market.

OPTIONS NAVIGATOR This
system is derived from a merger of the Navigator system and the breakout method,
combined with an Options calculator. The system is designed for trading
options on the Futures, Stock and Forex markets.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Due to volatility and dynamically changing conditions in the
contemporary trading markets, all trading systems must be constantly
updated and periodically adjusted. We will provide automatic updates
and regular parameters adjustments only for a legal subscribers to our
systems. WARNING! If your system’s parameters won’t be timely and
properly adjusted it might cause the negative result in your trading.
